For many companies, the monitoring of freezers, fridges, incubators, server rooms and other critical spaces, is of utmost importance. With such a high level of importance, many companies have recognized that their own staff may not be the best suited to look after and respond to critical temperature alarms. Currently, Secan is monitoring over 200 chambers for research laboratories. Secan has developed a system to meet the needs of temperature monitoring using "Out of Range" monitoring. In many cases we have saved companies hundreds of thousands by being alerted that their expensive research is stored in a freezer that is failing. Secan is not just alerted but we can also respond by getting onsite before most can respond.
